We at Vanilla support the return service for our customers within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that this is within a certain period and under required criteria:

  • Care products
  • Except for products that arrive to you damaged only.



Recovery steps:

1- We are contacted via WhatsApp 0558862250 / 0112414356 or via e-mail [email protected], with a copy of the invoice and a picture of the product attached, and the response will be provided by the Vanilla Store employees.


2- After agreeing to return the product, the package will be sent by the customer from any shipping company, with the payment of the cost of the shipment.


3 - The return is processed within 7 working days after we receive the product.


• Note: Original shipping charges, are non-refundable


In the event that the product is damaged, Vanilla will bear all costs of the order, provided that this is proven and correct.


The product must be in its original condition and its original packaging, and it must not have been used at all or the product packaging has been changed.



- The return feature will be available to the customer within 7 days of receiving the shipment.



-(If the order is sent, it will be reviewed and prepared if it is available in the stock, and in the event that it is not available, the customer will be informed of its non-availability and he has the right to exchange and collect the difference between the two parties by mutual consent or cancel the purchase process and transfer the amount according to the systems approved in this matter




Vanilla Store cooperates and uses delivery services from a number of shipping companies inside the Kingdom, including Aramex, Samsa and Red Box, in addition to a vanilla representative for delivery inside Riyadh only, and delivery takes place according to the period specified by the shipping company


If you are outside the urban area for delivery, the shipping company will ask you to go to their nearest branch to receive the order


* Red Box delivery policy (The Red Box company delivers the order to its stores, and then the customer must go to the nearest Red Box store to take his order or pay additional fees to the shipping company itself to be delivered to the house)



* In the event of misuse of the product by the customer, it will not be returned, knowing that all packages have an invoice from Vanilla.


* In the event that the order invoice from the Vanilla store is not attached, the order will not be returned.


In the event of a dispute with any related transaction that took place in the Vanilla store, whether its website or application, the two parties must try to resolve the dispute amicably and settle the dispute that occurred by communicating for a period of time through the communication channels available via WhatsApp on the number 0558862250
