The request is approved and confirmed if it is from within Riyadh by the payment methods mentioned above, adding it to the payment upon receipt, and it is delivered to the customer on the same day, according to priority, in the event that the customer chooses a vanilla representative for delivery, but if he chooses any other available shipping method, then it depends entirely on the shipping company and its delivery days. The option to pay upon receipt does not appear to the customer unless he chooses a vanilla representative as a delivery method.
Deposit and payment must be completed in order to start the process of shipping orders, and we do not process the shipment until the full amount is received.
We cannot ship orders whose value has not been paid in advance, with the exception of Riyadh, in which payment is available upon receipt for those who choose a vanilla representative for delivery

Aramex, shipping fees through it are 25 riyals, SMSA, shipping fees through it are 28 riyals, Red Box, shipping fees through it are 14 riyals
Due to the desire of some customers and their preference not to receive their shipments through representatives, we have added Red Box as our delivery service, as it enables customers to receive through their boxes and smart stores, and it does not do home delivery.
