Everything came in branded Vanilla packaging: the box, the packing paper, the sticker holding it all together, and although someone at Vanilla has found cutting bubble wrap particularly challenging, everything came well-wrapped and perfectly safe, in their boxes, in their plastics. I've checked the batch numbers too, and the Ralph Lauren one checks out (made 7 months ago), but The Woods Collection doesn't publish their formats. One of the samples I ordered was made Out of Stock right after I ordered it, and the customer service was impeccable (in Arabic). Thank you to Abdulaziz for notifying me and helping me through the options. They asked if I wanted the sample replaced with something else or if I wanted it cancelled and returned to me as store credit. I was out at the hospital while they delivered, and the courier was very courteous with the items and with my instructions as to where to leave the package. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchases and Vanilla's service. Will probably be repurchasing something from them soon!
